Bellwork is made by two people, and every message you send reaches one of us.
Write to us
Use the contact form for questions, bug reports and feature ideas. It runs on Google Forms and asks for your email address so we can reply.
You can also email us at contact@bellworkapp.com. The privacy policy explains what happens to your message.
Reporting a bug
These details help us find the problem quickly:
- your iPhone model and iOS version
- your Bellwork version, which is at the bottom of Settings
- what you did, step by step
- what you expected to happen, and what happened instead
If you open the contact form from inside Bellwork, the app fills in its version for you.
Your data
Bellwork has no accounts and keeps your training data on your iPhone, so we can't see it and can't recover it for you.
To keep a copy, export it in Settings: a JSON file with everything in it, or a CSV spreadsheet of your training history. Bellwork can't load an export back in, so to move to a new iPhone, use Apple's device transfer or restore from a backup. The privacy policy has the details.
